Why just 10?
Other generals preceding these may have been looked at as
Greater soldiers and leaders, however they somehow
did not attain the stars. Grant was a General of the Army,
yet there were only four stars in his "constellation".
As in any other injustice or inequality, blame Uncle Sam!
