Good News! Free exercises were posted by someone. I finally found them after seeing far too many sites charging money-as much as
$50 or more for these simple exercises for eventual changing of the dimensional characteristics of what I will call the "Family Jewels"

Caveat: I am not guaranteeing anything by recommending these sites, as I just found these for helping a certain inquirer on a site who
didn't want to pay for a manual on enlargement exercises.  (I wouldn't either!)   I do believe, however, that the above two pages appear
to answer most questions on the specifics and feasibility of such exercises. I believe the sites should be both read; because the second
reference seems important due to the indicated need for proper neurochemical functions being operable prior to commencing said
exercises. Be Safe: Make sure your Doctor or Urologist concur with your plans to attempt these exercises. You may have unique
medical circumstances that would tend to contraindicate use of the exercise regimens shown on the first link. I know it is a very
personal thing you may not want to share with your Doctor, but think about the potential consequences of damaging the "family jewel"!
It might not be repairable if the "jewel" is injured using enlargement techniques, or if the particular circumstances involved in your
condition are not right for what you want to accomplish.  This alone can only be determined from medical evaluation by a qualified
Urology practitioner, or Physician familiar with Urologic Anatomy and Neurochemistry. (these fields work together in the function
of "family jewelry", according to the sites listed.)

Good luck!

Disclaimer:
The above is a public service for one individual who is concerned with the topic discused.
I have not personally attempted any of the above, as I am not concerned with size!
I have discovered that proper and consistent techniques do indeed work wonders :)
